Winner Announcement: Swiss-Digital-Days Promotion

In the course of the Swiss Digital Days MaxBrain called for a competition. The prize was a free MaxBrain learning landscape for 12 months. The response was very positive and we received many exciting submissions for projects. Due to the many great digitization ideas, we decided to choose three winners. In this blog post we introduce you to the winners and their use cases.

Weleda, the world's leading manufacturer of certified natural cosmetics and anthroposophic medicines, is celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2021. The anniversary slogan embraces the vision "Modern medicine for modern people". Participants will experience this during new workshops and product trainings. MaxBrain is of particular value to deliver a resource-saving and innovative formula to convey content in a contemporary way. With many years of training experience, this new trend-setting path feels like the right way. Participants will be experiencing a tool that enriches classroom teaching with digital content and at the same time avoids paper and printouts to conserve resources.

CRB is the Swiss competence center for standards in the construction and real estate industry. Together with professional experts and partner organizations, tools are developed and made available in the form of catalogs, web applications and as data for software programs. Clear language, a uniform system and structured data formats enable a standardized exchange of information throughout the industry. The MaxBrain learning platform will make training in this field even more innovative, by enriching it with modern teaching and learning methods. Particular emphasis is placed on mobile and cross-device usability. In addition, Johannes Herold, Head of Training, expects a simplified administration of learners and publishing of learning content.

The third winner is CMA Solutions, a consulting agency and training institution in the field of marketing and sales. The teaching concept of CMA-Solutions is among the first in Switzerland to offer federal certificates in a hybrid learning environment. The MaxBrain platform and various automation options will help the educational institute to reduce the administrative effort to a minimum, while maintaining the same growth rate. The integration of different systems will ensure that the most innovative teaching materials and methods are used.

We congratulate the winners and look forward to working with these three companies to implement successful projects over the next 12 months. We will also share insights and employee feedback from the projects on a regular basis on social media.
